Dark chocolate contains powerful antioxidants and flavonoids that are beneficial to heart health. It contains just a touch of caffeine to give you a little kick and aids in stress relief. Moderate doses of flavonols found in dark chocolate have been known to improve skin health to resist sun burn.
The higher the cocoa content in your candy bar, the better. Dark chocolate contains more of the beneficial stuff and less sugar and addititives. 70% or better is best.
