Dried Orange Crisps

Dried orange crisps are a unique, gluten-free subsitute for crackers on a cheese plate. Try pairing them with some local Sartori Chai Bellavitano® or top crisps with some creamy Stickney Hill Chevre and finishing with a sprinkle of pistachios.  Also, they make a beautiful garnish for desserts.


• Oranges, thinly sliced

• Sugar of choice


•Arrange orange slices in a single layer on a baking sheet then sprinkle generously with sugar.

•Place baking sheet in 200 degree oven, and dry until crisp, flipping once halfway through, for a total of about 6 hours.
