Creamy Avocado Dip

Light, tangy and delicious, pack this creamy, dip with lunch for yourself, or the kids. With an ingredient list like this, you won't feel one bit guilty!

•2 avocados
•1 cup greek yogurt
•1 tbsp fresh lime juice
•1/4 cup of packed fresh cilantro
•salt and pepper to taste
•1 tbsp minced jalapeno for a little kick (optional)


•Pulse all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
•Season with salt and pepper to taste.

•Scoop into bowl for serving or storing. Serve with cut veggies, pita or tortilla chips.
