The Dutch Baby is a perfect for weekend breakfast or brunch. It's stunning presentation is perfect for delighting company, but it's also simple enough to make just for the heck of it.
• 1 cup milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tbsp butter
• toppings of choice
• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Put butter in the baking dish and place in the oven to heat up.
• In a blender, mix together the milk, eggs and flour for about 10-15 seconds.
• Once the butter has melted, pour the egg mixture into the warm pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
• These can be served with pretty much any toppings you see fit. We suggest trying powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit, jam, preserves or peanut butter.
