Veggie Hummus Wrap

These wraps are super easy and quick and can be customized in so many different ways!  Add grilled chicken, shrimp or baked tofu for extra protein.  Try a different hummus variety such as Hope spicy avacado hummus for added flavor!


1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap
1-2 oz hummus
2 romaine leaves
vegetables of choice chopped, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, avocado (use whatevers in the fridge)

1 tbsp pepitas or sunflower seeds (optional)
Meat or cheese of choice (optional)


•Lay out tortilla or wrap. Spread a generous layer of hummus over wrap, sprinkle sunflower seeds or pepitas on hummus.

•Layer romaine, veggies (and meat if using) in the middle, then roll.
